01 Information we collect
Short answer: nothing automatic. The only information we ever receive is what you
choose to send us by email — and only when you send it.

The one exception, stated plainly: if you email us at contact@onlinetoolskitpro.in, we will receive what you wrote. That email is used to answer you and nothing else — it is not added to any list, sold, or shared.
02 How our tools work
Every calculator on ToolKit Pro is a static webpage. The math runs in your browser
using JavaScript. There is no server call, no API request, and no database behind
the tools. This is why we can truthfully say we never see your inputs — there is
literally no channel for them to reach us.
100% client-side execution
Loans, tax, BMI, unit conversions — all computed in your browser tab.
No input transmission
Numbers you type never leave your device. There is no POST, no fetch, no beacon.
Instant results
Because computation is local, results appear without waiting for a server round-trip.
Unobservable by us
We have no technical means to inspect what you calculate, even if we wanted to.
03 Third-party services
We deliberately keep third parties to an absolute minimum. The only external
resource the site loads is:

Font Awesome (CDN) — used to render the icons throughout the
site. It is a static content delivery network that serves the icon font; it does
not set cookies and does not track individual users.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any other
analytics or behavioural tracking service.
04 Data retention
You cannot retain what you never collect. Our retention policy is therefore the
simplest possible:
- No user database exists
- No server access logs contain IP addresses tied to your use of the tools
- No analytics records are stored
- No personal data is cached, archived, or backed up
Zero retention by design. This is not a policy we can accidentally break — the architecture makes retention impossible.
05 Children's privacy
The Service is safe for every age group precisely because it collects no personal
information from any user. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
— nor, in fact, from anyone else.
06 Your rights
Because no personal data is stored, the rights granted by GDPR, India's DPDP Act,
and similar regulations are satisfied by default. There is nothing to access,
correct, export, or erase.
Right of access
No data exists to access. If you have ever emailed us, you may request a copy of that correspondence.
Right to rectification
No stored profile to correct. If you need an email thread corrected, just ask.
Right to erasure
You can request deletion of any email you have sent us. We will action it within 7 days.
Right to object
There is no processing of personal data to object to — nothing is being tracked.
